OUR PROGRAM
We studied major impact leaders in D1 and D2 golf and beyond for 20+ years, observing their shared habits and traits. We also analyzed leading corporate companies and C-Suite executives to see how they were developing leaders within their teams. Based on this valuable insight, we formulated our Leadership Development Program to grow students into well-rounded leaders.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Our network of dedicated players with aligned aspirations enables a culture of peer support and accountability. We host monthly meetings and quarterly conferences/events to ensure golfers feel part of a team.
COMMUNITY
Our Before the Links certified coaches are top-tier golfers and leaders. They are dedicated to walking alongside players through challenges they will face on and off the course.
MENTORING
Through Before the Links sponsorship, each player will become a member of a local private club to practice their game.
CLUB ACCESS
Our golfers will have access to the elite professional coaching and PGA/LPGA strength and conditioning training needed to advance to the next level.
GOLF COACHING
Through Before the Links, our player’s tournament fees and travel expenses will be completely covered.
TOURNAMENTS
Our mentors and connections in golf and beyond enable us to guide talented players and their family through the college recruitment process.
